This clay is for firing at low temperatures. It is an excellent recommendation for beginner ceramists. To obtain the red color, it must be fired at a temperature of between 800 and 900 degrees Celsius. If it is left to dry in the air for a few days, it will turn brown. The clay has a high plasticity to make figures of recommended size up to 40 centimeters. A special characteristic of this clay is that it acquires excellent resistance (hardness) when raw when dried without the need to be baked. To reach its maximum hardness, it must be baked. It is not a ceramic for kitchen utensils such as casseroles since it does not withstand direct fire as a finished product.

To start modeling, water must be added and mixed until the clay paste is obtained. The recommended instructions for use are included. The clay is of spectacular quality. The product comes in fine powder, a texture like talcum powder. When mixing it with water, it is important to maintain its humidity. It is recommended to store it in a bag and close it with a knot to extend its life.

It is ideal for modeling, although our clients also give it various uses and applications. From sculptures to crafts such as school use, workshops, rehabilitation, among others. If you choose to dry it in the open air, the figures can be decorated later with paints such as watercolours. It was designed to measure for great artists as a top quality product. The product is suitable for children over 3 years of age, always under the supervision of an adult, as small pieces could be swallowed and cause some harm such as asphyxiation, like any clay or toy.
