To obtain the pink color, it must be burned at a temperature of 1150 to 1200 degrees Celsius. If left to dry in the air for a few days, it will turn slightly pink. The clay has a medium plasticity to make large-format figures of up to 70 centimeters. This clay has the characteristic that it can be fired up to 3 times. It is a refractory clay. It takes on a medium hardness when dry. It is ideal for sculptures with hybrid techniques that carry objects different from clay, that is, of another nature. To reach its maximum hardness, it must be baked.
The difference between the Coarse Pink clay and the Fine Pink clay is the grinding. The coarse is a grinding with a slightly greater thickness than the fine one that allows it to give a texture in large format. Very small lumps are felt that give stability to large pieces. The fine is slightly finer to give an intermediate texture. These two clays come a little thicker than the other clays that we use. You can feel it when using them.
