The difference between the Coarse Pink clay and the Fine Pink is the grinding. The coarse is a grinding with a slightly greater thickness than the fine one that allows it to give a texture in large format. Very small lumps are felt that give stability to large pieces. The others have a texture similar to talcum powder.
Melon Clay: To obtain the melon color, it must be fired at a temperature of 1050 degrees Celsius. If left to air dry for a few days, it will turn a cream-colored clay. The clay has a high plasticity to make figures of recommended size up to 40 centimeters. It takes on a medium hardness when dried. To reach its maximum hardness, it must be baked. It is not a ceramic for kitchen utensils such as casseroles, since it cannot withstand direct fire as a finished product.
Coral Clay: To obtain the coral color, it must be fired at a temperature of 1050 degrees Celsius. If left to air dry for a few days, it will turn a greenish brown color.
